Meghan MacLatchy
Meghan MacLatchy is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO). For over 11 years, Barb has brought her knowledge, experience, athletic background and passion for healing, healthy living and sports to Nepean Sports Medicine & Physiotherapy Centre.
Registered Physiotherapist
Meghan is a physiotherapist with over 11 years of experience. She has worked with a variety of patients ranging from recreational to U Sports athletes, and elementary school aged children to seniors in their 90s. Her goal is that when patents finish their rehabilitation, they have the tools to prevent recurrence of their injury/ self-manage any flare ups.
She prioritizes getting to know her patients to have a complete understanding of the impacts of their injury on their lives. This allows her to provide a personalized treatment program to ensure her patients success in reaching their goals.
She has a special interest in working with distance runners and the pregnant/ postpartum populations. Meghan also enjoys providing sports coverage and has covered many sporting events including Canadian Track & Field Championships, Canadian Figure Skating Championships, high school football and wrestling, and OPDL soccer.
Meghan has competed in 7 different sports and dance, played multiple recreational sports, and run half marathons. Since having her 2 children, she has enjoyed returning to running, weight training, and playing touch football.
