What is involved in mental performance consulting?
Mental performance consulting works somewhat similarly to any other mental health professional, just with a slightly different focus.
At your first appointment, your mental performance consultant will take some time to get to know you, to understand who you are, and to create a plan of skills that you should focus on in order to reach your goals. Appointments last either 30 minutes or 60 minutes, with varying ability to include both conversations about you and your progress as well as time to work on specific skills.
