Tess Hasenbacher is a Registered Massage Therapist at Nepean Sports Medicine & Physiotherapy Centre. She enjoys treating individuals of all ages and customizing a plan of care geared toward each person's therapy needs and full-body healing.
Registered Massage Therapist
Tess Hasenbacher is a registered massage therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Her practice focuses on the assessment and treatment of orthopedic and sports-related injuries, providing a service with the intention of full-body healing. In addition, Tess is a certified Yoga Teacher with a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) accreditation through Yoga Alliance.
Drawing from her experience, education and yogic background, Tess provides an individualized and adaptive treatment-based massage for all of her clients. Her clinical goal is to listen and work with her clients to get them back to their activities of daily living faster, pain-free and without limitations. Tess is always striving to improve and diversify her skillset through continuing education trainings and certifications.
Her areas of experience include: deep tissue massage, Swedish Massage, trigger point myotherapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, joint mobilizations and movement therapy.
